Our name is on the sign!
It’s always a good feeling to see our name on the sign! There wasn’t one last week, but there is one today!

The Big Band Experience
Remember that one time we tried (and failed) to write a metal song because we wanted to try something new?
Well this time we tried swing and Big Band!
Jedda and Emmanuelle signed up for a Big Band Karaoke event. That was very different from what we usually do and super fun! It involved lots of sequins sequin, a bit of champagne and a lot more people on stage than we’re used to!
Jedda sang “Ain’t going out much anymore”, and Emmanuelle had a go at “Let’s do it”.
And even though it was really scary to perform in front of so many people, with such a big orchestra, we’re glad we did it! Next time we’ll have to convince James to have a go as well.

Floriade 2023
We’re really looking forward to playing Floriade 2023. To help prepare our singing voices for the pollen count we rehearsed at the Australian National Botanic Gardens. It’s so great being a Canberra based band, everywhere you go is the Australian National Something-or-other. We had people saying hello, dancing, pointing and clapping, it was lovely, and such a fine day.
